Terms of Service

End-User License Agreement · Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with this End-User License Agreement, govern your access to and use of the mySMS360 storage management platform and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, mySMS360 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purpose of operating your self-storage facilities. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use strong, unique passwords and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for the actions of users you invite to your facilities.

You retain all ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant mySMS360 a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data and for obtaining any consents required to collect and process information about your tenants. mySMS360 provides one-click data export so you can retrieve Your Data at any time, and we never charge for or block data portability.

5. Payments and fees

The core platform is offered free for qualifying facilities, with paid plans and optional add-ons described on our pricing page. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; each operator connects their own Stripe account and is responsible for Stripe's fees and terms. Fees for paid plans and add-ons are billed as described at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services that you may choose to connect, including Stripe for payments and, optionally, QuickBooks Online for accounting synchronization. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. When you connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize mySMS360 to access your QuickBooks data through Intuit's OAuth flow under the least-privilege scope; you may disconnect at any time. mySMS360 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

7. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. mySMS360 does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, mySMS360 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination you may export Your Data, after which we will delete or anonymize it as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention requirements.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
