Short answer: there isn't one. The core platform is genuinely free for any facility up to 150 units, across unlimited facilities, forever. The marginal cost of running it for one more independent is small, and we'd rather see mom-and-pop facilities succeed against the REITs than charge them rent for software.
Long answer: the platform sustains itself through the Standard plan for larger operators and optional add-ons — AI voice agents, SEO websites, camera cloud storage, accounting sync, and white-glove onboarding. None of those are required to run a facility.
What we don't do: take a cut of your payments, lock your data, or auto-enroll you in trials.
